Hi. I have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. The 2nd room is available for rent. I'd prefer to rent to a female who is looking for a long term room mate. The apartment also has a full size washer/dryer. There's street parking as well as an assigned parking space. The rent is $750 including internet, split utilities (which are fairly low). No a/c. Any questions?
