Rent is all-inclusive at $1300/month. This includes water, gas, electric, cable, internet, trash pick-up, laundry access, and household necessities. A refundable security deposit of $650 is required, subject to standard move-out conditions and any deductions for damages beyond normal wear and tear. Single occupancy only.
